Appalachian Harley-Davidson is searching for qualified candidates for a full time Parts & Service Specialist. As part of the team, you will be required to perform the following duties:

· Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner

· Accept customer motorcycles and determine customer’s serving needs

· Communicate job status to customers

· Assist customers with all parts and accessories purchases including offering additional product that may compliment the customers current purchase

· Accept payment for merchandise purchases and keep cash register and inventory accurate

· Above all, create an excellent service experience for customers

This is a front line sales position that requires excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn. Valid motorcycle license and prior parts and/or service experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidate must be able to work days, evenings, and weekend hours.
